The 2023 New Credit First Nation 35th Annual Pow Wow & Traditional Gathering
will be held at the same location as previous years.

Below are directions from highway 403 via highway #6 to avoid construction areas. Coming from the 403:

•  Head east on ON-6 S toward Upper James St
•  Turn right to stay on ON-6 S (signs for Greens Road)
•  Turn left to stay on ON-6 S
•  Turn right onto Haldimand 1st Line Road/Mississauga Road
•  Destination: 2789 Mississauga Rd, Hagersville, ON N0A 1H0

Anyone can attend. The Pow Wow is a way for First Nations people to share their unique customs and cultural identity through the heartbeat of the drum, song and way of life.

The property is located off of Highway No. 6 North of Hagersville, Ontario, providing access to the US border crossing at Buffalo, approximately one hour away.

If you would like to be listed on our website and sponsors board by making a donation of goods, services or monetary funds please contact the Cultural Coordinator from June – August, Monday – Friday (8:30 – 4:30) at (905) 768-3067.

Celebrating 35 Years

Our very first Pow Wow was held in 1987, since then, this event has grown in numbers and support.

The Pow Wow is a way for First Nations people to share their unique customs and cultural identity through the heartbeat of the drum, song and way of life.

Transport yourself through time and come walk through our lush grove full of native species of plants and natural medicines.
